Board is an advisory group which recommends policy to the City Council.
The Board helps set goals and objectives for Library services and programs. Library Employment The Civic Center Library now offers a Fax machine, located in the Copy Room, for public use. The cost to send a fax is:
The Fax machine accepts only credit or debit (ATM) cards. Computer Access/Wireless NetworkThe three branches of the Livermore Public Library all have PCs available for public use. These computers offer Internet access, MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Users can print documents using pay printers. Cost is 10 cents per page. There are a total of 288 "hot seats" located throughout the library which are areas equipped with data and electrical plug-in capacity. Patrons can bring their own laptops and connect to the Internet through these "hot seats". Wireless access "WiFi" is also available for public use at all library branches.
