Business License Renewal Tax Calculator

This calculator is used to compute the City of Livermore annual business license renewal tax for businesses operating within the City. 
In order to utilize the calculator, the user simply selects the applicable business license type and inputs the annual gross receipts.Once the Calculate button is clicked, the business license tax calculator will display the corresponding tax at the top of the next page.

If you are starting one of the businesses listed below, depending on the type of business, you may also be required to obtain special approvals from the City Council, Police Department, Planning Department and other appropriate departments. 
Amusement Concession (not fair or carnival) $20 per ride, game or concession.
Billiard/Pool Room $60 1st table; $30 each additional table.
Card Room $200 per table.  One table per 5,000 population.
Circus or Carnival $250 1st day; $150 each additional day.
Public Dancehall $200 per year or $30 per night.
Exhibitions or Entertainments $20 per day for 1st 200 seats; $20 per day for each additional 200 seats or fraction thereof.
Itinerant Vendor or Solicitor $20 per day per person.
Temporary Place of Sale $60 per day.
Vehicle for Hire $24 per vehicle;  $120 per taxi stand per year.
Vehicle - Delivery $60 per vehicle.
