* These hangars are odd-sized and contain additional space. This hangar has City-owned office and restroom improvements. Note:** The City may separately invoice Executive and Corporate Hangar tenants for any amount over $100 in monthly electrical charges. Late Charges and Interest: A late charge of 5% of the monthly rental is due if rent is not paid by the 10th day of each month. If all charges are not paid within 30 days from the due date, City may terminate the lease. Interest is charged on late payments at 0.5% per month.

Commercial aircraft operations (shall include landings of all non-based general aviation aircraft that conduct air taxi, charter or cargo operations under FAR Part 121 or Part 135) based on maximum certificated gross landing weight:

The fuel pump mark-up prices are subject to periodic adjustments in proportion to the change in the Consumer Price Index as published annually by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Washington, D.C.
Personnel call out fee to fuel outside of regular working hours: $220.00 ¹ ) Rates are generally adjusted by an approved percentage figure. The numbers are rounded upward or downward to the next Dollar at the $0.50 split to ease the overall financial administration. Rates effective July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
