Late Charges and Interest: A late charge of 5% of the monthly rental is due if rent is not paid by the 10th day of each month. If all charges are not paid within 30 days from the due date, City may terminate the lease. Interest is charged on late payments at 0.5% per month.
Landing Fees Commercial aircraft operations (shall include landings of all non-based general aviation aircraft that conduct air taxi, charter or cargo operations under FAR Part 121 or Part 135) based on maximum certificated gross landing weight:

The fuel pump mark-up prices are subject to periodic adjustments in proportion to the change in the Consumer Price Index as published annually by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Washington, D.C.
