• Date and approximate time the incident occurred
• License plate number
• Description of the vehicle
• Name of the street the vehicle was traveling
• Whether the driver was a male or female
• From which side of the vehicle the litter was thrown
• Your name and phone number to verify information (not required)

The registered owner will receive a warning notice and educational information. No enforcement action will be taken.
